Exchange Policy
- Exchange Policy: If the product is damaged and you have recorded the unboxing video. You need to send the unboxing video on +917011105471 and info@thecustomcraft.in.
- Once our Quality Check team reviews the video and product, we’ll process the exchange. Without the video no exchanges are allowed
- You may exchange the product within 7 days of receipt for an exchange of the same product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchange Shipping: Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
