What is 3D Printing?

3D Printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a process of creating three-dimensional objects from a digital file by building them layer by layer using materials like plastic, resin, or metal.

How it Works:

Design:  A 3D model is created using 3D modeling software (like Blender, Tinkercad, or Fusion 360) or by scanning a real object using a 3D scanner.
Slicing:  The 3D model is then sliced into thin horizontal layers using a slicer software (e.g., Cura or PrusaSlicer), which generates a set of instructions (G-code) for the printer.
