Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- You have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange the product.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchange Process
To initiate a exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@thecustomcraft.in with your order number, details of the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Approval: Once your exchange request is received and approved, we will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@thecustomcraft.in with details of the issue.
Exchange Shipping
Customer Responsibility:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Open Box Policy: Exchanges are accepted only with an unboxing video as proof of damage. Without this, no exchanges will be processed.
Exception for Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If the exchange is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the exchange shipping costs.
International Exchange
If you are exchanging an item from outside India, please be aware that exchange shipping costs and any associated customs fees are your responsibility.
